First Course

Smoked Gouda Grit Fritters with strawberry pepper jelly

Second Course

Fried Tomatoes with pimento cheese, arugula, bacon jam and Vidalia onion vinaigrette

Third Course 

Peach Glazed Pork Tenderloin with slow cooked green beans, creamed potatoes and garden chives 

Fourth Course 

Peach Crumble with molasses spiked caramel and vanilla ice cream

A portion of the proceeds will go to support Cat Rangers, a local animal rescue in Buford that lovingly cares for cats and kittens in dire situations and helps them get adopted.
